FEEL - Patio del Sole

Warm room, warm wotter, big room, big bath..

Excellent location, just down a lane from the funicolare base station. Approximately 20 minutes walk from the train station. Very quiet and pleasant area. The check in instructions were vey clear (with a video that clearly shows how to find the apartment, get through the gate and access the key in a lock box). Large, modern bathroom with excellent shower. Comfortable bed.

The room does not have air conditioning.. I didn't mind this when I booked, but it was an unusually hot September when I stayed, and there is not even an electric fan provided to try to cool the room. (which in most places I have stayed, is provided where there is no air conditioning). There is no screen over the window, so to let air in, it is also necessary to let in mosquitoes, and I was bitten mercilessly. I ended up buying myself a small fan from Flying Tiger to get a little bit of relief from the heat.

Well equipped appartment at excellent location. Good instructions. Nice place to stay several days.

Location is excellent. Small patio was so nice, great to rest outside after exploring the city and I managed to do also some work in the patio. Bedroom/living room was pretty.

No hand soap provided. I arrived late in evening and wasn't able to wash my hands properly after metro and train rides. There was visible sign of water damage in the bathroom ceiling. I was alone and in the night the glass door felt bit unsafe. You could close the shutters for privacy, but not lock them, so those were possible to open from outside. Courtyard is behind locked gate, so this was very unlikely scenario, but as I was alone, I felt bit vulnerable. A curtain would have been nice.

Good apartment right to the funicolaire to Old City and bus to Airport - great location. Enough to stay for a weekend. Small but cosy garden in front of the door, was pleasant to seat at the coffee table. We had a trouble with another booking in Bergamo this day and decided to change location to FEEL. I would like to mention fast reaction of the staff: we came in 1 hour after booking and all instructions were sent really prompt and clearly. Thanks a lot!

The location just across the cable transport to the Upper City is extremely helpful. A the same time it is a bit away from the traffic noise in the cosy private and safe courtyard. Valeria, the host was very helpful, on arrival day I managed to leave my suitcase in the room before 3 p.m. and got back later when the room was cleaned. Thank you, Valeria)

Paper towels in the kitchen would be handy. Bear in mind there is no A/C, so in the summer months it will be very hot as the room is exposed to the south. I was there in April and it was just fine. Also there are two more apartments and if someone is smoking on their terras and you are non-smoker... well, consider yourself unlucky. Just like me. The couple smoking on the terass next to me was having a good time.

Great location. Very well equiped. Comfortable bedroom and big bathroom. Kitchen well equipped.
