ZAZAZAZAZALovely quiet neighborhood, nice and cool under the big trees. It's on the hillside next to the Franklin Nature Reserve and we were visited by impala, springbok and a young kudu the other side of the fence. Exceptional value when you include the secure parking, pool and that a full breakfast is included. The staff are very helpful and friendly, but a special "shout out" to Joyce who is one of the nicest staff ive met on my years of travel!
A few more coffee sachets in the room please. The pool was a little green after the rains, but to be expected.
ZAA warm welcome by the lady, that i am assuming is the owner. When we arrived , it was very clear that she was expecting us. She made sure that we settle very well.
She didn't explain some of the things, such as how do we get ironing facilities, the shower, and we waited a bit longer for breakfast and yet we had indicated to her when we would like to have breakfast. She can just improve a little bit on communication.

Accessing the place was not easy, gate didnt work properly, rooms smelt damp and there were shower curtains by the shower instead of the glass doors which was not in the pics I saw
