ZAThe mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The robes need fixing. The facility need some form of maintenance. The breakfast was terrible. At least 8 rooms (based on my observation) were occupied but only one staff member was on duty, doing literally everything. She was our receptionist on our arrival, after which she went back to do the ironing. In the morning she was preparing and serving breakfast on her own, until another lady joined her at least an hour into breakfast (breakfast starts at 7:00). We couldn't be issued with an invoice because the sheets that the owner pre-signed in the invoice booklet before she left for her holiday were finished.
ZAZAGreat area, Annike is an amazing host and really helpful. The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is just amazing.
