Il portone dell'appartamento non isola dai rumori esterni. Il divano letto al piano terra non è molto comodo e i rumori dall'esterno non consentono di dormire bene.

Le logement est très récent, les équipements sont de qualités et la terrasse permet d'avoir un extérieur au calme agréable. Un accueil sympa de la part de José!

Le quartier de la Mouraria reste animé le soir et peut ne pas être idéal pour les familles souhaitant être au calme.

We had a very nice stay, the apartment was in good walking distance to everywhere. Mangers were very nice. Loved the private court yard.

Some part of the area felt a little unsafe .

Alloggio confortevole e ben curato, cucina sufficientemente attrezzata, bel bagno con doccia ben funzionante, stanze ampie e luminose. In uno degli altri appartamenti che si affacciano sul patio, abitano le persone che si occupano degli alloggi, davvero gentili, disponibili e cordiali. Il proprietario ci ha contattati regolarmente per verificare che tutto andasse per il meglio. La posizione ha il suo punto di forza nel trovarsi in un quartiere (la Mouraria) tra i più autentici della città, vicinissimo al Castello di San Giorgio, ma anche a Praca Figueira e alla metropolitana. Ci siamo mossi quasi sempre a piedi per arrivare nei punti d'interesse della città.

La posizione ha anche un aspetto negativo, perché nelle vie vicine del quartiere ci sono persone evidentemente impegnate in traffici loschi, che però (anche a detta degli abitanti e delle operatrici dell'Ufficio turistico) non importunano abitanti e turisti. Noi non siamo mai stati disturbati. Un altro aspetto che può creare difficoltà è la necessità di percorrere tante scale e salite ripide per raggiungere l'alloggio e muoversi nel quartiere, ma Lisbona è fatta così!

Ruim, dichtbij het centrum, schoon, prijs kwaliteit, het ligt hoog maar er is vanuit het centrum een roltrap omhoog en dan ben je er bijna. Boek alleen als je echt goed mobiel bent, anders bereik je dit appartement niet.

We kwamen in het donker aan, dan is het zoeken, wel goede instructies, dan verwacht je niet dat er in zo’n straatje dit appartement ligt. Geen ontvangst gehad, niemand gezien of gesproken tijdens het verblijf. Bed (slaapbank) voor de kinderen was niet opgemaakt, het beddengoed vonden we pas de volgende dag in de slaapbank.

we were super happy with our stay at the Soul Apartement in Lisbon. Great location, it is spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed and everything was really clean. The permanent resident of one of the other apartments was always happy to help with questions. Would definitely come back here!

not recommendable if one is really noice sensitive during the night, as the neighborhood is vibrant with life music halt the nights on weekends

The outside area wasn’t very comfortable .
