Clean, comfortable, well maintained, in a good location. Staff were available and responsive. We travel to Lisbon on a regular basis and would certainly consider again in the future.

On checkout, there was a misunderstanding regarding payment of the local tax, but it was resolved without significant difficulty, and the refund was issued promptly, so not a problem.
