- Amazing views and surroundings – beautiful and serene setting in nature, a few hiking routes nearby, all in close (5-10 mins walking distance) proximity to the village - Good parking right in front of the property - Welcoming staff - Lovely organic toiletries/soaps Overall nice property with great potential, but currently seems quite overpriced for what it is, and marketing does not fully reflect reality (see below).

Rarely leave negative reviews (particularly for a family-owned/boutique property as you understand how much work and thought goes into everything!) but want to highlight a few areas for improvement: - The room was tired, cramped, and bore little resemblance to the stylish and sleek interiors seen in the marketing pictures. I understand that this property changed owners a few years back and not all rooms have been renovated to the same standard, but this needs to be made much clearer here/on the website, and also needs to be better reflected in the prices (the Standard room we stayed it certainly needs to be discounted deeper vs the rooms which have been renovated). - Poor ventilation and damp smell in the bathroom - Bad water pressure in shower - Breakfast OK (will fill you up) but also not quite what you would expect looking at the website - cooked options definitely not restaurant quality in terms of both taste and presentation (maybe was just a bad day for the kitchen when we stayed).

Loads of flys in our room. Shower was good but room was a little cramped. Breakfast layout and room was lovely but the breakfast itself was average. Beautiful location But fly infestation in bedroom was bad.

This is a great spot with a lovely team, in a small town near Mt Snowdon. Food and cocktails both fabulous, and the included breakfast has hot and cold items. There are also nice places to go in Beddgelert itself. Overall we would recommend.

The room itself was disappointing for the price, and didn't compare well with the pictures online being a bit cramped and dated. Decor downstairs is much nicer and newer, the upstairs needs refurbishment.
