Location OK if you accept beachfront means about 100 meter down an alley to an unswimable river.

Nosiest hotel I've ever been to. Beds hard as bricks.

There were some issues with dirty water following building work, but someone came and sorted it. A neighbour decided to drill at 1.20am....getting ready for Tet!

Good place for a night in Ha Tien. Good AC and a fridge. Accommodation called us a taxi to get to the Boarder Crossing to Cambodia, thanks! I think it was 150k for the taxi.

Stains on the sheets. Bed not so comfy due to hard mattress. Room facing to the street was quite load - might be because we stayed on the weekend and there was a wedding on the street, so all good.

It's clean and quiet. Location is perfect, near centre and markets.

There's no window

We only stayed a short time as we were catching the night bus to Saigon and needed somewhere for half a day. The room and bathroom were clean and It sufficed nicely for the time we were there. The property is close to all the activity in Hien… the river, restaurants cafes etc. Also not far from the ferry port and the bus station. So a good choice for our short stay.
