The motel is clean and fully equipped, located right in the center of the market. I feel very satisfied. The price is reasonable, the staff is extremely friendly, overall very good.

The location is very convenient, the room has a mini refrigerator Air conditioner and fan work well The owner let me check in early

Room cleaning is bad. Even though there are many guests, the motel must pay attention to the room. The room is on the 3rd floor but there is a nest of cockroaches (18 big and small), ants and spiders even in the center of Ha Tien The bed sheet doesn't seem to be changed, because the smell of cockroaches is very strong When informed that the room has cockroaches, the owner just gives the mosquito spray bottle and lets the guest solve it themselves This is a motel, so I don't ask for much, but this is the first place that can't sleep all night There have been complaints against the owner but the answer is not convincing

Great location near market, restaurants and river walk. Staff very helpful. Room good size.

Bit noisy if other guests come home late.

The place was clean and friendly staff ! No issue with language barrier either as didn't speak much English but they was super helpful ! Lovely stay !

The blanket smell, so we asked too change them. But they don’t have more.

We only stayed here one night to cross the border into Cambodia, it served its purpose and was overall good value for money. The staff were super nice. The rooms were okay, clean which is good. It was super noisy in the hotel but as it was only one night we didn’t mind too much.

Good location and very cheap. We got our clothes washed at a reasonable price.

Smelled a bit weird in the room. It was extremely loud from the street and other guests in the building, both quite late at night and early in the morning.
