Flat 1, Coneygre Farm

I've twice stayed overnight in Flat 1 in June 2026, and it's proved perfect to break up long car journeys - quite close to the A46 but such a peaceful escape. Check-in is easy, privacy respected during stay. and everywhere is very clean, with the kitchen-diner-living room, bedroom and bathroom all spacious and well-presented. I appreciated the offer of an up-to -11 am check-out, and several helpful texts from owner Louise, specially one about the tricky last leg via Creagh Concrete. Waze was directing a subsequent right-turn into Sailing Club Lane, I kept straight on the (pot-holey!) lane, as Louise messaged, and then had no problem finding Conygre Farm!

Very peaceful, amazing country side, appreciative & understanding hosts, highly recommended for solo travellers, two lovely dogs, horses, cows, what not, neat and clean. Loved the place. I would like to come and stay here again.

Lovely, neat and clean, spacious, countryside..it's absolute peace to stay here, host were kind and appreciate their efforts to keep reasonable price for the place, not soaring high like other country side places.
