"Céntrico y cómodo apartamento en Bologna"

Apartamento con excelente ubicación, ideal para recorrer el centro de Bologna. Muy cómodo, todo estaba impecable, buena calefacción y decorado con gusto. Anfitrión siempre disponible. Recomendable.

Todo estaba muy bien, pero a modo de sugerencia, hubiera sido bueno para nosotros que la lavadora funcionara.

Ένα από τα καλύτερα μέρη που έχουμε μείνει ποτέ. Ο Φεντερίκο ήταν καταπληκτικός και πολύ βοηθητικός με οτι ζητήσαμε! Πρώτη φορά βρίσκω σε κατάλυμα 3η πετσέτα για πρόσωπο που ήταν τρομερή έκπληξη. Ζεστό σε τέλεια τοποθεσία! Με ευρύχωρο μπάνιο και πολυ αποθηκευτικό χώρο. Μείναμε 3 βράδια και ανεπιφύλακτα θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον θέλει να μείνει στην Μπολόνια. Ήσυχο και πολύ καθαρό.

The host was fantastic, extremely welcoming and helpful, and made the check-in process simple and smooth. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of the city square and surrounded by great restaurants, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Bologna.

"Verzorgd appartement op top locatie in centrum Bologna"

Middenin het centrum gelegen comfortabel appartement op de bovenste etage (maar een paar trappen) van een oud pand dat helemaal opgeknapt is. Mooie houten voordeur met daarachter een centrale hal, schoon en goed onderhouden. Voorafgaand kreeg ik een telefoonnummer om te bellen zodat de voordeur aan straatzijde openging. Werkte perfect. Ook code gekregen voor deur appartement. Ging ook vlotjes. Appartement heeft woonkamer met keukenblok erin (koffiezetapparaat/cups/koekjes aanwezig) met aangrenzend slaapkamer met fijn bed. Aansluitend een kleine maar zeer praktisch ingerichte badkamer met goede douche. Afwerking van het appartement is netjes (schilder/tegel/kitwerk). Overnachting is alleen logies maar heel dichtbij zijn er allerlei barretjes om een koffietje en iets kleins te eten als ontbijt. Met2 minuten lopen sta je op het centrale plein middenin de stad. Ondanks centrale ligging heel rustig; geen omgevingsgeluid in appartement. Na uitchecken mochten we bagage in hal voor de deur laten staan om later op te halen. Ondanks dat openen voordeur einde middag niet lukte was Federico (eigenaar/beheerder) weer snel bereikbaar om dit op te lossen.

"Cozy quiet place in the heart of Bologna"

Very quiet place, but super close to all the main sights in Bologna. It was super clean and the process to enter was made easily. The host provided a list of recommendations of sights and restaurants.

Not able to use the washing machine.
