Very quiet place, but super close to all the main sights in Bologna. It was super clean and the process to enter was made easily. The host provided a list of recommendations of sights and restaurants.

Not able to use the washing machine.

We had a wonderful stay at Collegio di Spagna 13. The apartment was exactly as described, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Bologna. Federico was an excellent host—very communicative from the beginning and made sure we understood all the steps for check-in and our stay. He was always available for questions and even went the extra mile by recommending some fantastic restaurants nearby, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bologna!

It would be great if some tea also provided together with coffee.

Lokalizacja !! Spokojna okolica Klimatyzacja w apartamencie Duże łóżko. Pomocny właściciel.

Apartament jest na 3 piętrze (nie ma windy) W kuchni brak deski do krojenia. Mały minus za brak przesłanej instrukcji dotyczącej dostępu do apartamentu (otrzymałysmy ją po mojej interwencji).

Çok merkezi bir konumda. 2 kişinin ihtiyaç duyabileceği her şeyi içeriyor. Apartman eski olsa da içerisi modern bir şekilde dizayn edilmiş. Klima da daire için yeterli ve serinlik sağlıyor. Ev sahibine çok hızlı bir şekilde ulaşabildim ve tüm problemlerimi çözdü. Tekrar konaklamalarımda bu oteli tercih ederim.

Sadece apartman eski olduğundan yeterli sayıda priz yoktu, yatak başlarında da yoktu. Keşke uzatma kablosu olsaydı. Ama çok da büyük bir problem değildi.

We stayed here for six days and had an excellent experience. The apartment was clean and provided all the necessary amenities. The location is great — close to the city center and other interesting areas, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Federico was an amazing host, offering helpful tips and assistance not only about the apartment but also about the city in general. If we return to Bologna, we’ll definitely stay here again.
