The bed was comfortable

The room is not maintained, it smelled of paint, the bathroom sink's drain was closed, the bathroom/shower was a mess' there even rust on it. Accessing the toilet sit is a pain

The location was perfect, near many attractions like Wild Coast Casino and Game reserves and just around the corner of my congress.

The fact that we arrived during loadshedding and the facility was dark dark dark, we literally used our phones to check for room numbers. The information was unavailable, the workers on duty were so lazy.....even to answer simple questions like nearest stores!!! The balcony had just a mop!!! Haaaaa not even a foldable table for morning tea!!!
