It was unfortunate to find a used, dirty filter under the main bed, and when locating the broom and dustpan, finding them in the furnace room which was also quite dirty. Upon arrival, I needed to secure the storm screens as they were constantly rattling in the wind. Additionally, I used cooking oil to eliminate the loud squealing of the sliding door as the rubber seal was very dry.

The sea view, the proximity to the beach, supermarket and restaurants and the spacious rooms. The propery management is super responsive.

The pool under construction but this was fully disclosed on the website. We ended up having to pay extra to the pool in a nearby hotel.

This place was beautiful!!! Spotlessly clean, spacious and exceptionally tastefully decorated! The location was great! The host was attentive and even bought us body wash when we mentioned the dispensers were empty! The pictures were accurate and everything was beautiful, as described! Extremely comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen! The staff from the building were very courteous and helpful!!

The porch had a stunning view but was a little small and had a large split unit on it which made it uncomfortable to sit out if the ac was on in the apt. The building is a tad on the old side and there’s no air conditioning in lobbies, game room and shared spaces.

Magnificent views. Beach right there. Excellent staff. Quick, smooth elevators. Really nice coffee shop with food to match.

Building, though magnificent, seems a little tired. Parking garage pretty tight. Could use some love/investment. But would we go back? Hell yes!
