"Superb"

The apartment was very clean and smelled good when we walked in. It was very spacious for me and my family of four. The kid's was able to have their own room and space and me and my husband had our own as well. It is literally right off the beach, a minute walk. The host were nice and was available for any questions I had. They even recommended some restaurants to visit.

"Bedding Drama- disgusting!"

Location and space

No matter how good the location and space or value, the basic thing that determines your stay is pristine comfortable beds! The bedding was filthy with stains and hair. I texted the owner right away. This was in both bedrooms. The comforters were jumbled up and stuffed into the closet. The owner has ten thousand rules which are even codified in a wall paper in the kitchen but he fails to meet his own end of the bargain! He sent the property receptionist with some clean sheets for the bedroom with two full beds which didn’t fit on the king. At 10:00 pm his housekeeper showed up with a plastic bag of crumpled tho clean sheets which we helped her to make one bed. Also the owner in his instructions made a big deal about not losing the fob either access to the beach and was supposedly on the dining table upon our arrival. Actually there was no fob. When I texted him to ask about the whereabouts of the fob, he said it was lost. It would have been nice for him to acknowledge that upfront. All these issues put a damper on our very short stay

"I think our stay overall was nice."

The ocean view was nice. Also direct access to the beach was great. Apartment was clean .

Check in process was complicated. Building had issues with the elevator.
