OCEAN VIEW DELUXE SUITE: PVT. BEACH & POOL

Being on the beach.

It was an old property and had the smell of being old once you got onto the floors. The pictures of the condo were deceiving. The condo that we rented had just the basics done to it to keep it presentable . The electrical socket in the kitchen did not work that we hooked the coffee maker and toaster oven into and when we reported it, they said they would get us an extension cord to use another outlet and it was three days before we got the extension cord. Having had conversation with the host and or hostess of the resort after every conversation we found out other items that were policies. There was one bath towel and one beach towel per person no wash clothes. The day we arrived we were asked to not flush anything down the toilet paper, etc. all needed to be put in the trashcan. I can tell you that had we known that when we first booked the trip we would’ve canceled that is unsanitary and absolutely disgusting. The loud music at 6 o’clock in the morning on Saturday and Sunday was unacceptable.

It was as stated, clean, easy check in and right on the beach, with an amazing view of the water, walking distance to restaurants and anything you might need. Also very close to the airport.

The room we reserved said we’d get two queen beds but the beds are full beds. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there.

The property was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was ideal, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. The communication with the host, Ivan was excellent from start to finish; he was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Overall, it felt like a home away from home.

Honestly, nothing! Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

I like the location of the condominiums everything was easy to walk to from the restaurants to the convenience store.

I didn't like the fact that where I stayed we had a balcony and I smoked cigarettes and I couldn't smoke out there nor could I smoke sitting outside on the property I had to walk off the property to smoke which I think it's wasn't right cause I was outside.

La amplitud del apartamento, esta dotado con lo que se necesita, buena iluminación.

Deberían de especificar que esta ubicado al frente de la piscina de otro hotel, y el anfitrión nos ofreció una piscina en un hotel cercano, yo le escribí un par de veces preguntando donde quedaba pero jamás respondió... al dia siguiente dijo no estar cerca. En conclusión el anfitrión ausente.
