OCEAN VIEW DELUXE SUITE: PVT. BEACH & POOL

First thing first, the view from the room was absolutely gorgeous. Got some stunning sunset pictures The room itself was spacious and clean. The location was central to a variety of restaurants and other amenities. The best part was the beach was right behind the complex. From the service to the stay everything was smooth and exceptional.

The suite was large and modern, comfortable bed. The beach was beautiful, great for long walks. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

could use more lighting in the bathroom for us ladies :)

The apartment was like in pictures, clean and smelled nice. Good location and good communication with the owner. Beach is just outside the building. Owner is willing to reimburse for entry to specific pool and the Uber ride.

NO POOL. You are informed after booking that the pool is under construction. The owner is offering an alternative pool option nearby (but which in fact is over 15 min. walking away). This we found very inconvenient and it would have been good to be advertised in the property policy. The apartment is in the ESJ Tower but there is no mention about this in the description or seen in pictures which we found deceptive as Booking has many cheaper options in terms of apartments at this location (and most of them are transparent regarding the pool problem).

Beautifully decorated, breathtaking views, and great communication. I will definitely will be trying my best to get this exact room next year if I can!

The location is great, apart has a beautiful view, but the person in the 7 floor has a music very loud. We complain a few times, no response . There is no pool, the pictures said with pool. When I text Ivan said I can pay for pool next door, then they will give me refund. They should reduce the price since there is time that the gate to access to the beach( it is from 7:00am to 7:00pm). Loud music every day from 2:00am to 8:00am. Some time all night until in the morning. In other word you are living in a nice apartment inside the night club . I hope the owner does something with it. They should offer chairs for guests instead paying for chairs and umbrella. The TV wasn’t working and the owner send a new TV next day. Like I said the apartment very nice location, but the music 7 days all night and morning like your leaving inside night club.

Location and the apartment is very nice clean like you staying at home. The owner seems very nice to address the TV problem. I hope he does something the owner in the 7 Th floor
