The TV was fancy and the sound box was great

The bed and linen was unclean full of hair lying on the bed. The bedding and pillowcase smelled like if some had lied on it and wasn’t fully washed and sanitised.

Comfortable, cosy, clean all good

Cot mattress is stained - poor quality of bedding, and pillows.

Very homely . It accommodated all my family of 11 and was incredible

Handy location, although the outside looked a bit shabby, but the quite new inside renovation made it nice and comfortable. The central air con was quiet and efficient. Netflix is available

The bedding sets feel old and rough, clean though but not good quality

Great facilities to house us all. Plenty of kitchen supplies and really nice family setting. Bonus Netflix and trampoline.

It took us a little while to get used to the Rotorua smell but that is not the fault of the property.
