prima en schoon huisje

de exacte locatie was aanzienlijk verder bij de luchthaven en centraal station vandaan als dat Booking.com ons deed geloven. de luchthaven was ruim een uur lopen i.p.v. 10 minuten

"Exceptional"

Lovely interior and was super clean. The hosts were great with communication. Very good access to the NEC via taxi (less than £8) and also via train which was just a 10 minute walk away.

The property was quite cold in a morning, and due to street parking it could be difficult at times as it was a busy area, but this is out of the hosts control.

Parking was a big issue, we ended up having to park on a street, about 3 or 4 streets away

House was really convenient for working at nec. Area was a bit rough but had no issues whatsoever. The house was great for what we needed. Well equipped for 6 of us staying all week

"Value for money with good links to NEC and surrounding area."

Location for the NEC was great. Property had quick Wi-Fi. Communication with host was very good.

Property is looking tired with damaged sofa, old windows with one that would not secure. Frosted bedroom doors were not ideal for sharing property with colleagues. Parking outside was not great having to park at the end of the street a few times.
