J’ai passé une journée à l’hôtel, c’était très agréable. L’équipe est très serviable, en particulier Alaa et Ahmed à la réception.

Le seul inconvénient concerne les horaires d’ouverture des toboggans : de 14h à 16h, c’est assez limité. De plus, pour les petits enfants, cela peut être dangereux à cause de la forte chaleur.

My husband and I had a great holiday at the Naama Waves Hotel. The staff are very helpful, especially in the restaurant. We only had breakfast and dinner as we were away during the day. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel is also suitable for families with small children as you can use the swimming pools and water slides. On the last day of our stay, before our late night fly home, we wanted to check out late to dry our diving equipment, which we were assured two days before, but on the day of departure our room had already been given to the next (last minute) guests. Despite this, the hotel allowed us to stay in the room for an additional two hours and pack our bags in peace. And we were very grateful for that.

Balayı için tercih ettik ve 5 gece konakladık. Her anlamda mümmeldi. Çalışanları çok güler yüzlüydü resepsiyonda adı Muhammed ya da Mahmud olan çalışan tam hatırlamıyorum bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi. Odalarımız her gün temizlendi. Balayı için geldiğimizi duyduklarında odayı ayrıca süslemişlerdi çok hoşumuza gitti. Akşam eğlenceleri yine çok güzeldi, havuzları çok temizdi. Yemek çeşitliliği çok fazlaydı elbette farklı kültür yemekleri vardı ama aç kalma olasılığı 0. Kahire turuna katılacağımız için kahvaltı yapamayacağımızı söyleyince bize kahvaltılık hazırlamışlardı. Tekrar gelip kalmak istiyoruz. Her şey çok güzeldi çok teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca otelin en güzel yanı konumu. Naama bay bölgesinde ve hediyelik eşyalar, kafeler her şey burada. Konum olarak harikaydı bu nedenle gezmek için taksi kullanmadık otelden çıkıp 2 dakika içinde meydandaydık. Ve son olarak biz saat 10.30 gibi oteldeydik erken chack in konusunda da yardımcı oldular.

We stayed at the hotel for a week, there was a wide variety of food, the location was great, you can even go down to Naama Bay from the garden of the hotel opposite, you can even call a buggy. In particular, all the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. I would like to especially thank the head waiter, Ahmet Gamal, for taking such good care of my son and showing him affection throughout our entire holiday.The internet connection was strong and worked throughout the entire area.

There are no prayer rooms or mosques outside the hotel rooms for prayer.It would be better if they offered a direct shuttle service to the beach

The place has everything The staff is super friendly and nice and they gave us an upgrade to a suite for free!

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü her konuda yardımcı oldular. normalde yorumları zorla yaptırıyorlar yanlarında olduğumuz için güzel yorum yazmak zorunda oluyoruz. Çıkışımı dün sabah yaptım tüm samimiyetimle yorumu yapıyorum çok güzel ve yeterli bir oteldi. Çevresinde canlı sokaklar var geceleri çıkıp gezebilirsiniz. Plaja max 12 13 dakika suyu çok güzel ve berrak. Yemekleri mısır yemeği gibi baharatlı değil rahatsız etmiyor.

Tek beğenmediğim kısım havuz derinlikleri çok az. Sadece dalga havuzu biraz derin o da 1.70 ve bir kısmı. Diğer havuzlar daha sığ
