I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed, the Restaurant Manager, and Mr. Ala for their excellent service. They were both very helpful, attentive, and professional. Their efforts truly made the experience enjoyable.

Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда помогали и создавали хорошее настроение. Отдельный респект Ахмеду на ресепшене — бесплатно предоставил нам большой семейный номер, за что ему огромное спасибо! В отеле везде чистота, территория и номера ухоженные, всё на высоком уровне. От отдыха остались только положительные эмоции, с удовольствием вернулись бы ещё раз!

We had an absolutely amazing weekend getaway at this resort! Everything was top-notch from the moment we arrived. As a Booking.com Genius Level 3 VIP member traveling with a group of 6 people, I was highly impressed by the management's flexibility—they kept their word and granted us a complimentary room upgrade with a huge pool-view room and a perfect king-size bed, plus a very useful free late check-out until 14:00.The resort itself is super cool, featuring an awesome main pool, fun water slides, and a wave pool that we loved. The food was good for Egypt standard, and the Mojito by the pool was absolutely top-notch! A special, massive shout-out goes to "Aladino" and Ahmed Mohamed at the reception, and to our restaurant waiter Abo (Abdelrahman). These three workers truly make the difference here. To grow, achieve great results, and improve customer service, every company should have employees like them. Management should really reward them, also financially... you know what I mean!The beach is a bit on the small side, but for a weekend stay, it was completely fine and the snorkeling was nice. The gym is small but has everything you need for a quick holiday workout. Everyone was extremely kind. Highly recommended!
