The cleaner Mohammed was very nice made my kids happy with his creativity with the towels room 145. Also reception staff Alaa Muhammed very friendly and professional.

Struttura molto accogliente e moderna, piscine molto belle e capienti, struttura molto pulita vicino al mare sta praticamente 10 Min a piedi dal mare staff molto gentile e cordiale sempre pronti a dare una mano abdel Aziz va fatta una mezione perché è stato super disponibile anche al check out ci ha fatto rimanere fino alla partenza senZa alcun supplemento. Cibo buono e vario sempre fresco,Bevande anche. Io ho perso la chiave non mi hanno fatto pagare nessun supplemento. La struttura si trova Vicino alla via principale naam bay non fate affidamento a Maps ma semplicemente alla reception che visura la maniera più veloce per arrivare sono letteralmente 6/7 Min per il mare 10 Min.

Code secondarie bagno ogni tanto emanava un odore forte, e le zanzare c'è ne stavano un bel po'

We stayed at the Pan Sun Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh as 3 families. The hotel was lovely and clean. Excellent service. We would especially like to mention Abdel Aziz positively for his outstanding service and wonderful smile. We will definitely come back here again.
