B&B La Dimora di Rosa

Ωραίο δωμάτιο, άνετο , καθαρό, με καλό πρωινό, και άνετο κρεβάτι. Ο Ραφαέλο εξυπηρετικός, μας είχε και έκπληξη για υποδοχή ένα υπέροχο κέικ.και πολύ κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο.

Τα μόνα αρνητικά ήταν: Δεν υπήρχε ξεχωριστή λαβή ντους παρά μόνο κεφαλή , και. η κλειδαριά του δωματίου που ήταν απλή ,αλλά δεν υπήρξε κανένα θέμα ασφαλείας.

Ottima sistemazione in centro a Matera comoda sia per raggiungere la stazione e vicinissima alla zona dei sassi che si raggiungono in 5 minuti a piedi. Struttura ben gestita da 2 simpatici fratelli di una disponibilità unica. Tutto bene pulito e in ordine , la camera dispone anche di frigo e piccola area colazione con tavolino e sgabelli. All arrivo è disponibile quanto serve per la colazione del giorno successivo, c'è macchina caffè espresso a capsule, bollitore o forno microonde, latte, succhi di frutta, biscotti, marmellata etc ...e udite udite una bella torta casalinga fatta dalla mamma di Raffaele. Parcheggio disponibile in zona con un po' di ricerca anche gratuito, vicino alla struttura ci sono varie strada con strisce bianche. Consiglierei davvero questo BB per la visita della splendida città di Matera.

Tutto a posto, unica cosa metterei il microonde anche nella camera con bollitore, ma è solo un piccolo dettaglio. Per il resto impossibile trovare difetti a questo BB.

The owners of the room were super helpful and went above an beyond to make us feel at home even bringing us local biscuits one morning. The room is excellently located and you can walk to the main square in about 2 minutes. Parking isn't easy and you'll probably have to pay but we didn't expect anything else staying in such a central location. Definitely value for money compared to a lot of the other accommodation in Matera.

We had no Complaints about the room but do be aware that it is a more like a hotel room with ensuite bathroom than an apartment. There is a small fridge and microwave and the breakfast is cellophane wrapped sweet things + the cake, of course! :-)

Everything was perfect

Отличное расположение, рядом центр и район пещерного города, супермаркет в двух шагах, в квартире чисто, удобный матрас и подушки, есть холодильник , кофемашина, чайник. Мы останавливались на две ночи и остались очень довольны. Хозяин всегда на связи и очень доброжелателен, спасибо большое. И отдельное спасибо за вкусный пирог, который испекла добрая женщина, мама хозяина.

Il proprietario molto cordiale, disponibile. Colazione buona con una tortina fatta in casa. La posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla piazza principale di Matera ma fuori dalla Ztl.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a great less than 10 minutes from Matera Centrale train station and less than 10 minutes to old town of Matera. Safe place for you and your luggage. Have very important thing mosquito net on main window of the room and on the window in the bathroom.

Just one night...

因為是上午的飛機，帶29吋沉重的行李，走路8分鐘就可到Matera bus總站搭7am的bus到機場。房東在冰箱留了兩罐果汁一罐小鮮奶，還有兩瓶水，除了手工蛋糕之外，還有夾心麵包和小點心讓一大早出發的我們可以當早餐。 房東也讓我們提早入住，樓下有一間超市供貨齊全 我們住的房型有陽台房間寬敞還有一個小客廳

傍晚下班時間，這路段是單行道，車子很容易堵塞在這，交通繁忙時汽車噪音較大。但晚上也算是一個安靜的街區。
