Bardzo miła obsługa. Szybki kontakt i konkretne błyskawiczne odpowiedzi. Udało nam się zameldować wcześniej, a po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy jeszcze zostawić bagaże. Przepyszne ciasto i kawa. Obiekt znajduje się bardzo blisko starego miasta. Pokój był czysty, schludny i dobrze utrzymany. Wygląda, jak na zdjęciach.

Przy ulicy znajduje się studzienka kanalizacyjna, która przy przejeżdżających samochodach generuje wyraźny hałas, ale to już chyba taki włoski urok.

Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili, appartamento ristrutturato a due passi dal centro storico con un comodo mini market di fianco. Apprezzatissima la torta fatta in casa che ci hanno fatto trovare per la colazione.

Parcheggi gratuiti disponibili nelle stradine intorno, ma abbastanza difficili da trovare.

Camera curata, aproape de centru si de gara. Mazda a fost extrem de draguta, ne a asteptat cu o prajitura excelenta facuta de mama gardei. Recomand!

Perfect location very close to the historical center. Not large, but everything is there. In italian old cities is parking always a challenge, but with kind help of the owner we had convenient parking nearby, free.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience at BB La Dimora di Rosa in Matera. Upon our arrival, despite having a confirmed and fully paid reservation, we were shockingly told that no booking existed under our name. The staff member who opened the door insisted that our reservation had been cancelled, which is absolutely untrue, as we never received any cancellation notice. I was traveling with a child and an elderly person, and instead of assisting us, the staff member raised his voice, behaved in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, and even asked us to leave the property. This behavior was completely unacceptable and distressing. After further discussion, he confusingly mentioned another name and claimed that the apartment was occupied. I claified that the reservation was under my name, not the one he mentioned, and that we had booked two rooms. Only afterward did he admit that the rooms were in fact available. This entire situation caused unnecessary stress, fear, and frustration, especially considering that we arrived close to noon and had already paid €250 for the stay. Being treated in such a rude and unprofessional way is something I have never experienced before. Although we ended up staying because we had already paid and had no alternative at that moment, the experience was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. For this reason, I am formally requesting a full refund of the amount paid. I also strongly believe that such behavior towards guests should not be tolerated. Please treat this matter with urgency.
