GBVery spacious, clean, modern, functional & lots of storage. The host work in the hotel industry therefore knows how to provide guests very comfortable accommodation.
3rd floor flat, no lift. But the host will help you with luggages. The outside of the apartment is in a residential area so do not expect beautiful views. We arrived about 9:30 at night therefore the free parkings in front of the building were full. But there’s more further down the road.
ITThe hosts were exceptional! They thought of everything, even to make our pet feel at home (dog bed/bowls and even a new dog bone). Additionally, they provided a small bottle of water for each guest along with snacks. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts even provided two types of coffee, sugar and even some basic cooking elements such as olive oil, salt and pepper. We only needed to purchase the food we wanted to cook. If we head back to Venice, we will absolutely book here!
No designated parking, however, we were able to find a spot each day.

The building has at least 50 years old and the location is in a quite secluded area, a few minutes from a restaurant or general store, but I wouldn't say that things are necessarily bad Opon entering the apartment, I felt a strange smell, probably coming from the air fresheners that the host decided to use or from the considerable age of the building. Gradually it disappeared because we vented and because we got used to it

Very rude host. The flat was booked only for the reason that pets are welcome and that was ticked in the reservation. However, the host was not awared about it at our arrival. He was literally shouting at me that I didn't inform him. Even if any additional confirmation was required, I was not aware about it. All that hystria was for an additional deposit of €20, which he requested there. Ridiculous. The second question I was asked by the host was when we are leaving. Totally inappropriate. The flat is paid up until the checkout time. When I am leaving, as far it is before that time, is my concern entirely.
