An's Family Homestay Hoi An - 5mins walk to Hoi An Ancient Town

The property was very close to Hoi An Ancient Town. It was in a lively area and the place itself had a good feeling about it. The staff were really helpful and the room was clean and comfortable- it had everything you needed. It was very good value in view of the location.

There was only one external window which looked onto another wall and there room was a bit shabby.

Location is excellent. 5 minutes walk to Old Town. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff

The room is a little dated especially the toilet and shower. Breakfast needs improvement. However coffee is always good

The noise from the cafe downstairs is loud, there is no lift it stairs only. The room was actually quite dirty no rubbish bin. To have the hot water to Work you need to turn on this big unit and then if you forget to turn it off it wakes you up with the most excruciating loudest noise you’ve ever heard in your life in the middle of the night. which was never explained to me when I checked in. The Wi-Fi I had to request on the second day of arriving. The room itself just didn’t feel homely. The whole place was actually quite strange. i’ve stayed in other Homestay is not far and for the same price and was 100% better. I actually would not recommend nor would I come to stay again, especially considering what’s around in the area. understand that you get what you pay for, but as I said there is closer places that are much much better the facilities and conditions of this room we’re actually really poor.
