An's Family Homestay Hoi An - 5mins walk to Hoi An Ancient Town

The staff were very helpful. Early check in was no problem. Large room. TV worked. Close to centre of the town. Plenty of food places very close. Air Cond worked well.

No room service for the 3 days we were there. No Bar fridge. Overlooked a busy road. Noisy for much of the night. Beds were hard to sleep on. No breakfast included. No lift, only stairs.

The manager helped me find transportation to the airport at a better price and helped me get a room according to what I needed. 2. 💵 Price is right. Very good location, very close to the city centre, minutes walking distance. 3. 🧼 Cleanliness: clean sheets and towels, everything spotless. 4. 🏠 During my stay I stayed in two rooms and both were very good, spacious and bright. Air conditioner didn’t work well. Anyway, an electric fan was provided for backup.

The staff in the cafe is truly the best I have met in whole of Vietnam. The location is really good to explore old town, as everything is on walking distance. Also the rooms are really spacious.

The location is in old town and therefore the room is noisy, which means you should def carry earplugs to sleep. I couldn't sleep in Old Town, so I moved to a location outside, but many others can especially if you are used to it.
