An's Family Homestay Hoi An - 5mins walk to Hoi An Ancient Town

The room was big, tv with Netflix, balcony and a hot shower. The owners went above and beyond for us and the stay was great.

The stuff was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is very close to the city centre and has a cute cafe attached to it. They rented us bikes, which we used to go to the beach, and arranged us a transfer to Da Nang cheaper than grab. Their cafe has the best coconut coffee I tried.

The room could be cleaner. There were spider webs above the bed and in the bathroom. Since the windows of the room are facing the cafe, it's very loud in the morning. The bed is very hard.

Very nice people, free tea in the café which is in the ground floor, also tasty food.

Dirty floor, noise from street, no fridge. Also our coming was a little bit confused, because there was no reception and lady in café doesn't speak English.

The behavior of the Vi and her husband was very good. They did their best to make us comfortable. They also arranged many tour for considering our budget and time. Their little child was so cute that we are already missing him.

Cleanliness. They need to be more careful in washroom cleaning. Also, some facilities such as mirror in the room can be included.

Wonderful place just outside the old town. Staff were so helpful.the room was comfortable. The balcony was great

No fridge in the room, but staff kept stuff cold for us in their fridge
