Clean room and friendly staff. Helped us with booking of cooking/coconut boat tour and also transport back to Danang. Easy walk to the old town.

As described in other review, it is above the coffee shop so slight noise. Wasn't too much of a disturbance for us though.

Staff and Ms A were friendly, aiming to please and made wonderful suggestions on room choices. Only stairs to rooms…no elevator. I have bad back & can only do second floor only. Excellent location with easy 5 minute walk to Old Town and Night Market everyday. Love that at Night Market they don’t let mopeds and cars travel inside. We did the boat ride in the canals at night and was so romantic and wonderful pic op. Wonderful restaurants nearby that they could recommend. We went to everyone they highly recommended. Excellent choices. Good air conditioning. Strong. Wonderful full breakfast that was included in our room. The staff were always attentive, friendly and answered any questions or any problems. They even ordered a taxi back from An’s Homestay at the time we needed to Danang airport.

Shower and bathroom floor all in one level. Gets the whole floor wet. Doesn’t drain as easily. Shower gets the whole bathroom floor wet. Use the rubber slippers provided and you won’t slip.

The location of the home stay is great. The rooms are clean and well presented. There are several coffee shops close by, it’s a short walk to the ancient town, river, night markets and the many restaurants on offer.

The beds were hard. There is no bar fridge. The blinds in our room served little purpose other than to filter the light, meaning our room was bright all night long (see photo provided which I took of my daughter asleep at 12:45am) The host instantly goes into upselling mode when you check in trying to get you to sign up for tours, shopping and transfers which is a little overwhelming after you have been travelling long hours and just want to check-in, take a shower and relax before heading out and exploring.
