The WiFi was intermittent. Previous cooked chips in the oven. Radiators didn’t work in the bedrooms they need bleeding and the pool table is dated

Bathroom had some flaws and could have been a little cleaner, the shower head was all dirty/rusty.

All the furnishings & provisions are fine, but on the cheap side - i.e. sofa and mattresses not the most comfortable or luxurious, towels small & thin, but it was as expected for the price and more than adequate.
GBNice quiet location, very handy secure parking space, well-used but fun pool table, comfy beds, lovely shower, big telly. We had a lovely time using this as our home base for our visit.
The bath needs refitted. More tea towels and an oven glove would have been handy in the kitchen. Draught excluder on the front door needs fixed. A suitcase stand would be handy in the bedrooms. None of these things significantly impacted on our stay which we thoroughly enjoyed.
GBvery nicely laid out and spacious flat. pool table is great fun. Very easy access to city centre short walk. Shower is huge really nice relaxing Wifi worked great girlfriend was able to do remote work in the morning.
Only issue was one of the bedroom doors doesn't shut, so with 2 couples staying, felt like we lacked a bit of privacy
