Bibury House a lovely 2 bed house sleeps 4

Although the whole house smelt of dog, the bedrooms were nicely set up and the linen was clean.

The property is very tired - it has an old front door, was grubby in the entrance and living room rug had not seen a hoover in a while. The sofa was also full of dog hair and the house did smell of dog in general. Bathroom really needs updating for this type of accommodation and the garden furniture is just fit for the bin. We had no heating on the first night but it did get resolved. The bed mattresses are old style sprung ones so a little soft but doable. Kettle in the kitchen needs descaling and there were 2 teabags in the tea caddy which was a bit grubby as was the sugar. I was aware that it is a dog friendly house and did book last minute as another accommodation cancelled on us but the amount of dog hair and smell has just left us all with allergic type symptoms - just very unpleasant as a very good vacuum and some diffusers would have sorted it.

Beautiful house and location. Lots in walking distance and short drives to were we were attending wedding.

Wished I had requested later check out, but that was my fault in not asking.

Lovely house in an excellent location, only 9 mins from the famous Famers Dog Pub!

A few lights didn’t work but other than this the property was perfect for our stay.

It was a good location. Had parking for 2 cars. The rooms were nice and good size. The whole house was a good size. Good size kitchen. Had a garden with seating.
