Bibury House a lovely 2 bed house sleeps 4

The location for our wedding venue was perfect . Kitchen well equipped, Comfortable bed & pillows .

Unfortunately although we have a dog ourselves , the house did smell very strongly doggy . The Rug in lounge was very badly stained & had odour . Despite accommodating x4 there was only x1 sofa not enough soft seating in lounge for x4 people .

We loved the location and the size of the house was perfect for our needs. The enclosed garden was a bonus as we took our dog with us but the garden furniture was broken and very worn.

There were lots of signs of wear and tear in the property which was a shame as it was perfect location. The top of the fridge was full of dust as was the feather lamp shade in one of the bedrooms. The paint work around the house needs touching up. The chairs and table had lots of paint chips, the sink in the bathroom was badly cracked and took ages to empty water. The shower curtain was black on the bottom too. I think the kitchen would benefit from a few pasta bowls as we made spaghetti bolognese but had to eat it from tiny cereal bowls.

Lovely clean house in a very quiet avenue. Didn't hear any noise. Living room bigger than picture shows with huge tv. Two spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms with the most comfortable beds (one bed super king could sleep 3, other bed a double (think these can be single) and two fans provided (needed for heatwave). Location excellent for visiting Diddly Squat, The Farmer's Dog and the Cotswolds, Bath, Lacock (for Harry Potter fans) etc. Didn't use the kitchen cooking facilities. Garden great for the dog, fenced and secure. Living room patio door opens into garden so could watch dog play. Washing machine useful, owner left washing gel, hand gel. Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and water provided. Bathroom has a good shower over bath, loads of hot water. Good quality towels provided. Wifi great. Free parking. Self check in handy if arriving late. Would happily stay again. Pictures are accurate. We really didn't want to leave this property!

Very comfortable with all facilities provided. Very quiet residential area near to town. Easy access to the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace and Oxford. Private off street parking. Good communication. We had a hiccup with the shower, but Pauline and Kev the plumber worked hard to get it fixed.
