The theme of the Zimbali Africa apartment was impressive, and the host was exceptional, professional, responsive, and maintained excellent communication throughout. She also accommodated our special request.

We did encounter a few issues at Zimbali Boulevard Estate, which were reported directly to the host. We trust these will be addressed and improvements made going forward.

Location

Ridiculous Access control procedure. Cockroach Infested Unit. Hard beds. Booked for 3 nights. Slept 1 night only. Ants in coffee and sugar jars. Pool side loungers were a disgusting sight. Was too embarrassed to even complain, yet alone ask for a refund.
