CAWhen we arrived the rooms had not been cleaned and were not ready for us. It was difficult to reach the representative by phone. She then expressed surprise and said someone would be around in 10 minutes. We waited a long time and had to call back several times. Finally someone arrived to clean the flat and she had had no instruction to do this job today. She spent no more than 20 minutes for a job that should have taken an hour. I had to go over much of the surfaces myself. Floors dusty and dirty. Bathroom not adequately cleaned. We stayed for over a week and would have been charged extra for clean linen. The weather was extremely warm when we arrived. The representative said sorry there were no fans. Luckily she had no idea there were actually two fans which made the air just cool enough so we wouldn’t be suffocating over night. One day I was leaving and was trapped between the outside door and outside gate which lock electronically. I was lucky to be able to text someone to help me out or I would not have been able to get outside or back inside the building. Representative seemed generally disengaged and uninterested in what was going on with the property.
GBPerfect location, and everything was in working condition! Great value-for-money and there was really prompt / efficient customer service. It was a modern flat and so it was warm even in the evenings.
The flat could have been cleaner (and the sofa was broken by previous occupiers so I couldn't enjoy it fully), but these were all pretty minor!

Unfortunately the sofa was broken so I couldn’t really relax and watch tv in the evenings. Also the boiler was on the blink and I didn’t have hot water for 2 of the 3 days. The management company responded quickly but sadly the fix didn’t work. Other than this the stay was great, the flat is clean, modern and had the comfiest bed.
