Comfortable & Big Family Apartments 10Mins Drive to Al-Masjid -Nabawi

We stayed here with small children, and unfortunately there was significant disturbance due to ongoing construction work in the building. On the first morning, there was heavy drilling downstairs. The noise was extremely loud and, more importantly, the entire floor was vibrating, which was very frightening for the children. The hallway was also full of construction materials, which was not mentioned or advertised at the time of booking. After I complained, the hotel staff were responsive and the early morning drilling stopped, which I appreciated. However, the construction work still continued throughout the day and into the late evening. Later, they also started painting downstairs, and the strong smell of paint was coming up into the apartment, which was very uncomfortable, especially with kids. While the staff tried to help, the fact that there was major ongoing construction should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Overall, this stay was not suitable for families or anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable environment.

L' appartement est moderne. Propre. Blanc. Les lits sont confortables, draps fournit. Lieu très calme, est agréable. Le propriétaire est serviable, répond rapidement à nos demandes et fait son possible pour nous apporter ce dont nous avons besoin.

Bien qu il y avait un micro-onde, il manque une gazinière pour cuisiner. Il n 'y a pas de machine à laver et pas d étendoir lorsque l on lave le linge à la main. On allait le laver dans un lavomatic. J ai souhaité en parler au propriétaire et j ai oublié de lui en parler à la fin du séjour...

We stayed at the hotel for a week and it was a very comfortable stay. The children had a great time in the spacious living room, and I was impressed by their attention to daily cleanliness. The location is excellent and close to all services and restaurants. It's truly an ideal choice for families.

Property confirmed me room on ground floor as I explicitly mentioned that I have parents on wheel chair but I was given room on first floor where they have to take 3-4 stairs step to take elevator. It should be wheelchair friendly premises. At time of stay construction work was going on ground floor and no cleaning was there. Furniture needs to be improved specially beds. Prayer mats were not available

It was clean and spacious And the customer service was available 24 hours And the bedroom was comfortable
