Everything was amazing

- The host was very attentive, cooperative, and always ready to assist. - The payment process was smooth and easy, providing a hassle-free experience. - The check-in and check-out process was very simple and well-organized. - The host made sure everything was clear, making the entire stay more convenient.

- During my stay, I encountered a significant number of insects. - The furniture was old, and the wooden doors seemed to have become a breeding ground for insects. - There were visible bedbugs on beds and on the sofas, which were very dirty. - Insects were present in both the kitchen and bathroom as well as living room. - Towels provided are dirty and of very bad quality which on request have been changed.

C’était trop Top! Le personnel était super gentil et disponible. Je payais entre 11 et 16 riyals pour aller au masjidu Nabawi. Cela dépendait des heures. Je recommande!

Le Wi-Fi rapide m'a permis de travailler efficacement pendant mon séjour en ville. Je n'ai eu aucun problème de connexion, l'endroit est calme et propre, et la réception est excellente.

Cleanliness. Strong AC. Large areas, perfect lighting, comfortable beds and sofas. Good house appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave, ..etc). Very helpful caretaker (Siraj). It takes about 10-15 min to reach Masjid Elnabawi using Uber.

The AC is a bit noisy and strong air is directly blowing to the beds. Difficult access on arrival, as no once to receive us. Customer Service gave us a code for the door, but could not identify the appartment easily. So they sent the caretaker to open for us. It was about 6 am in the morning and that took 15 min to get access.

الموقع كان في إصلاحات اسفل الفندق والمواقف بعيدة ومعانا كبار في السن ، النظافة معدومة جداً . الأسرة كلها شعر ، انعدام التواصل مافي أي رقم تواصل نقدر نكلمهم عليه ، في واتس دردشة كتابية فقط . الفندق بشكل عام غير مقبول نهائي.
