The stay was good in terms of cleanliness, it was very good, and the receptionists were cooperative with us. It is close to the Haram. If they provide breakfast and lunch service, it would be very good.

"I never recommend this place"

I do not recommend this place as it lacks basic amenities. When we arrived, there were no towels in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and no soap, shampoo, or lotion provided. We had to request these items multiple times, and they were only given to us two days later. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the bathroom, similar to a leaking gutter. Overall, this is not a good place to stay.

"إقامتي كانت جداً جميلة بالنزل وهدوء ونظافة راح اكررها باذن الله قريب من جميع المساجد وجميع الخدمات"

الهدووووووووء ونظافة المرافق والاستجابة من قبل الاعضاء اثناء الاتصال بالخصوص العامل ( سراج) كان لطيف جدا

الاثاث نوعاً ما يحتاج اهتمام اكثر الكنبات مع الستائر لابد يكون هناك غسيل شهري بالإضافة للفرش ... الماء ضعيف نوعاً ما .. بالذات في المروش
