Nice and clean place. The Owner welcomed us with his wine.

Whole bathroom gets flooded when you shower - there is no shower curtain.

I love this apartment because it is located center so easy to go anywhere, host is very kind, he give us warm welcome with wine and explain everything in room, the room is very clean and spacious room. There are fully facilities, free wifi, Thanks a lot host.

This flat is great for anyone wanting to explore Kutaisi. It's a good size, perfect for a couple or a small family (with 2 bedrooms and a giant livingroom. It's an easy walk to all the main sights, but is in a quieter neighbourhood. The hosts are lovely, always very helpful and offer some amazing wine and nice home-made whiskey for guests.

Apartment Kutaisi 248was a furnished accommodation located near Kutaisi main city. Our host Konstantin is an excellent person who took care of all our needs. He even took us for sight-seeing at a very reasonable cost, literally drove us for about 8 hours a day including the experience of being hosted by local villagers (his friends). I never experienced better hospital than that having visited several countries in my life.

It was very nice, bright nice colours, location is good. ot was pleasent to stay there.

The host Maia and her husband were fantastic hosts. They let us check-in early and drop our bags off as well as giving us a welcome toast and stocking the kitchen with homemade wine and wonderfully smooth whiskey. They also let us stay late when we checked out and drove us to the train station. The apartment itself is large and has all the amenities needed. It is only a 20-minute walk or so to town or a very cheap Bolt.

Sometimes the elevators were broken, which made it a bit tricky for those who may find stairs hard, but that is not at all the fault of the hosts. Otherwise, just keep in mind one of the bedroom's has a rather firm mattress and the other one a rather soft mattress, so choose accordingly, and the shower does not have a curtain as the bathroom is a wet room.
