The apartment is very spacious, we’ve been traveling as a group of 3 people and had lots of space. It was very clean. The owner welcomed us with homemade wine and sweets and offered a tour around Kutaisi. He’s very welcoming and helpful, offered us variety of maps with nearby attractions. Contact with the owner is also very good as well as instructions how to get to the apartment.

The only thing that comes to my mind is that it was a bit cold, but we’ve stayed for such a short time we didn’t even let the host know about that, maybe he would instruct us what to do to set the temperature higher. The other minor issue is that when it’s raining it’s very loud due to metal canopy outside so take your earplugs with you!

The apartment was clean. The owner was a very nice lady. I highly recommend it.

The property is very comfortable for the family. I have stayed with my young kid and he enjoyed his stay. The owners are very nice and friendly people and willing to assist me anytime needed.

The building’s lift is a bit old and will take only a very limited number of people inside for one ride.

Everything is great!

We absolutely loved everything. Mr. Konstantin was more than accommodating. He offered to pick us up for a better price from the airport, showed us everything at the apartment, gifted us some homemade wines and spirits and even offered his time to show us around the city and to everything we wanted to see at a very reasonable price. The apartment was clean, organized, kitchen was fully equipped, bedrooms had many linens, apartment was very cozy. Loved our choice of apartment to live in, and we are happy we took his offer. We will definitely come back again and live in the same apartment. Mr. Konstantin helped us see parts of the city a tourist would not be able to do so, and in such few days. Excellent choices of attractions, food, and markets. Will definitely recommend to anyone who has a slightly bigger budget and wants to live the experience.

Only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Mr. Konstantin showed us so many beautiful places, we wish we could stay more to learn and also eat everything.
