"Great place for a short layover"

Good location, close to NAIA Terminal 3. Tidy and comfortable. Check-in was relatively easy. Had to wait 20 minutes for the manager, but have experienced way worse. Lots of food and grocery stores nearby. Easy to find. We were only there for a couple of hours waiting for our next flight.

Not close enough to walk to the Terminal 3 overbridge (Runway Manila) if it's raining and you have suitcases. There is no cover and the footpath is often obstructed with columns for the car overpass making you have to walk out into traffic to get around them.
