had to wait for room. concierge not that friendly or helpful only one bed not 2 beds as stated when booked lost our internet for 2 days before we left & didn’t get it back

"We were too tired after 20 hours traveling to complain of the room. But we good sleep over the night"

The office persons were very helpful and kind.

We did not get the room, what we orded. The hostes name was missing in the instrucciones, so we had to look for the right place.
