The owner failed to book an airport transfer as promised and twice confirmed, he also promised a scooter which he didn’t have, and the room is very basic, and not very clean.

Great people, great location. Was exactly what we paid for. Amazing view. Wonderful cafe across street, really fun bar right next door

The room was clean, the staff were helpful - nothing glamorous but equally nothing really to complain about. Nice hot showers!

WiFi wasn’t great and no safe in the room.

Amazing location with a great view of the ocean. A little out of the way of the busy areas so a scooter is recommended. The staff were super helpful. In error, I booked my onward transfer for the wrong day and as I’d already checked out, I was given another room to hang out in whilst I re-arranged my transport. Transfers, scooters and taxis can all be booked with the staff too!

amazing place to stay, gorgeous beach and view directly from the balcony, not all the top beaches on Ko Lanta have the same color of the sea, nor exclusive bars for watching the sunset, great place, I recommend

a bit lazy but nice guy at the reception, you have to request your services such as cleaning the room, changing the towels, but when you say the equipment, thank you Mr. Owner

Maybe the scenery in front of the room...rocky beach and wind and good weather...

Internet quite bad in the room. Need to tell reception if you want your room cleaned but no tag on the room door telling " clean room" so you can hang it on knob door..?.
