AUThis guest house is located literally right next to Utsunomiya station in a residential area so it's super convenient and also very quiet. The building is a beautiful old Japanese house that's been well preserved, I loved the old timey feeling. The owner is also incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Although Utsunomiya isn't the most touristy area, he is more than happy to help you find things to do and make sure your stay is enjoyable and fun. I really enjoyed chatting with him and although my stay was short, I had a very memorable experience. I'll definitely come again!!
