Lovely accommodation and helpful staff.

villa is not the correct word this is a mansion with Moroccan charm and a modern twist. the breakfast was excellent. I felt safe the security guard was a sweet heart. The host Hicham was welcoming. The chef for dinner and breakfast was excellent. manager Younes the manager took us shopping and gave tips on where to go and eat. you will not regret staying here ! Thank-you guys ! see you soon

lovely spacious villa; with everything you could wish for… the villa is located on a main road; with easy access to shops and supermarkets Hicham, Mohamed, Habiba, the chef and also the other guy (sorry, forgot the name) were amazing!!!

From the minute we booked Hitcham was on hand to answer any queries, after a bad experience with a cancelled booking by another Host, Hitcham’s assistance was reassuring. On arrival he messaged ensuring we had a safe journey to his property. His property is grand it’s all modern with the traditional decor and mostly done by hand. As we landed on Christmas Eve, Hitcham arranged a lovely Christmas tree all decorated and lit up for us also, very thoughtful. As a family of 11 with two elderly parents and children from 3-15 everyone was satisfied. Hitcham was always a message away for assistance and his housekeeper/ chef Fatima was lovely and on hand 9-5 everyday as were his gatekeepers 24hours so gave reassurance for security. Rooms were all equipped with en-suites, ac/heating and ample bedding etc, not to mention the grand bed etc. in the basement of the property was a full on spa,massages, hamman sauna etc (availible for an extra charge) all great though. Outside the pool and gardens where again beautiful the pool isn’t heated so was a bit cold during the month of December but still clean and well maintained. Hitcham is very trustworthy and knowledgable. He arranged us hire cars at a fair price and delivered and collected them for us, one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with. Supermarkets, cafes and fast food all availible within walking distance. A great host, a great property and a credit to Marrakech. Would defiantly come back and stay at Hitchams property. Situated and honest 15 mins from the airport and about 15mins from jmal fna square, 2hrs 45 from Ouzad falls and about 1hr 15 from Agafaya desert. Parking for two cars and you will never wait more than 30 seconds for your gate to be opened. Google translate helps a lot when speaking to housekeeper and gate keeper or if you speak Arabic or French you’re sorted. Hitcham speaks fluent English. I’ve been to marrakech a few times and would say this property is very fairly priced for what you get.
