Modern 4BR in M11, Close to Etihad Stadium Sleeps 11

This property was great! The location was amazing. Grocery store was 2 blocks down the road as well as the bus stop. The bedroom sizes were great 3 large 1 small.

The only negative was there wasn’t a baking pan for when we cooked dinner so we just bought one.

Nothing as I didn’t get the see the room and didn’t get a reply till the following day by this time we should of been in the property to be told they no longer let that building why is it even advertised if this is the case! It ruined our stay as we had to book a hotel which costed more money I am appalled they would leave a family till following day tried to call the mobile number numerous times just rang out.. imagine not being able to have extra cash and being left on the street poor service from a trusted sight..

First of all no one went into the room the only time we went into that room was to see why it was cold , as u can tell no one slept in that room as we all stayed upstairs , the room was freezing hence no one sleeping there , also the cooker didn’t work so we had to all spend money on take away food witch also put us out of money as we did a food shop when we first came to the house , also there was mould on the window , there was rubbish bag in the front garden and the bin was over flowing , and the back garden had cig drops all over the floor and rubbish bags , when we walked in it stunk of weed , the house was not up to the standard as what it was shown on the booking , there was a stain on the bed in one of the rooms , there was multiple things wrong with that house , the cutlery draw was disgusting there was a eyelash in there and also the cutlery was all dirty and hasn’t been washed, the floors was stinking and overall was not worth the money , I don’t might paying the late checkout fee as that was my issue but the damage was not us atall as I have clearly stated no one went into that room
