Stunning little house, 2 mins from Lyme Regis beach with a sea view Sleeps 4 free parking,small dog welcome

Great view over the sparkling waters of Lyme Regis. The kitchen and bathroom are new, and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is upstairs with the bathroom downstairs, which was fine for us. The village is within walking distance, and there are a couple of nice pubs and eateries close by for dinner. Good to have parking space right in front. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely seaside town. Look out for the seagulls!

Not totally secure for dogs, although was described in the property description beforehand, means that dogs have to be on the lead all the time in the garden area. Could do, with a baby gate or small gate to put on front door when open, so that you can get fresh air without worrying about the dog getting out. TV could do with being downstairs in an ideal world but not a deal breaker.

Location was fantastic, we knew this part of town, as had stayed here before, if there was a gripe the livin neighbours parked right on top of us enabling us to gain access to our car!

Parking access for us, but appreciated having a space even if was a struggle!

Warm, clean comfortable

Location was fantastic! Great host, really comfortable. Milk in fridge, tea/coffee machine and pods. Lovely shower gel and shampoo to use. Nice and clean on arrival. Bedding/towels all really fresh and clean. Parking space included.

As a whole the property was really nice. The location is fantastic, the place was amazing.. very up to date, and well thought out. Even it being a small building it feels very big. Had everything you needed in regards of kitchen utensils and all the bits and bobs. All round lovely place and would definitely go back again! The carpet upstairs was fantastic underfoot aswell as a side note!!
