Stunning little house, 2 mins from Lyme Regis beach with a sea view Sleeps 4 free parking,small dog welcome

Location was excellent. The property Was very cosy, the bed was very comfortable.

The shower could have benefited from a tray to put your soap/products in - was a bit awkward. A stronger garden light is possibly required at night to guide you up the stairs to the property.

Fantastic location and a lovely little property with fabulous views. Great places to eat nearby.

Building work next door effectively makes the outside space unusable as not best relaxing to have workman and their radio on all day as your neighbour.

Beautiful views and clean comfortable accommodation

Our second visit. Love this little house! The location is fabulous, with an amazing view. Marie is a friendly and helpful host, and quick to respond to any queries. We have felt so welcome here, it's a real find. Highly recommend.

The position and accessibility. The decor, comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Amazing view. Extremely good communication throughout.

Bathroom downstairs from bedroom on very tricky stairs. Building site next door , early starts and noisy all day.

Loved the property and it's position. Marie was very nice and easy to contact. Parking was a bonus especially in lyme regis! Would love to return in the future!

Really great location and view. Very well equiped kitchen with coffee pods, milk (and first aid kit) provided. (Liked the crab trivet too!)

A very minor gripe, given everything else was terrific, but the bathroom smelt a little damp.
