Location, and view from the property. Compact, but has everything you need for a short stay.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable, doors to property were very sticky and the towel rail needs replacing

Absolutely beautiful, clean property located right by the beach. It was easy to access (the X53 stops right at the top of the road) with clear instructions. You also get a lovely view of the sea and easy access to the promenade.

Nothing to dislike but be aware that the property is located near the bottom of a very steep hill, which is quite challenging to get back up if you don’t drive!

Location is fantastic as close to the harbour and bars and restaurants. Short walk to town centre. Views from property were amazing. Easy parking and the property is perfect for a couple looking for a break in Lyme Regis and surrounding area.

Nothing to report with regards to anything bad. All was great.

It was lovely.Close to everything you needed in Lyme Regis.There was a Seaview from the lounge and bedroom.Cosy, a home from home.

It was a bit unclear where the allocated parking space was in the car parking area.
