Stunning little house, 2 mins from Lyme Regis beach with a sea view Sleeps 4 free parking,small dog welcome

The house has been beautifully designed and furnished for comfort and everything you need. Spotlessly clean, wonderful location and private parking. Could not have asked for more.

The lock on the door entrance to the property was a little difficult. Just needs some oiling to make it easier to operate.

The location is fantastic and having onsite parking was a bonus. It's a great place to stay for a break in Lyme Regis and Marie was very accommodating with check in and check out.

Great location with a beautiful view (although the view to the left was obscured by scaffolding). Owner very kindly allowed an early check in. Parking in front of property perfect.

We visited for a 2 night mid week stay. The extensive building works Nextdoor mean that the site is very noisy with drilling etc. from 8am. Completely understand that the owner has no control over this but it might bother some people more than it did us so good to be aware as looks like they will be going on for a while. We had recommendations from a friend and found Lyme Regis super dog friendly so all worked very well for us. We ate out so didn’t really use the kitchen but a cottage handbook with instructions and suggestions would be helpful and add a personal touch.

A well appointed little house, very comfortable. Host was welcoming and very helpful.

The noise from the building site next door, starting at 8am on the dot, was so loud it was impossible to enjoy being inside the house- glad this was only a one night stay. Toiletries would have been good, there was only a tub of hand soap. Some instructions for the coffee machine would also be useful.
