"It was ok."

Very good location for me. Easy check in and out and good facilities.

Could be cleaner and fresher. The smell was like embedded smoke you can’t remove with opening the windows. The bedding and towels and mattress very poor quality.

"+Location Access to UOB, good & quiet locality, Hygiene can be upgraded, Can be cheaper cost wise"

Breakfast wasn't included in the booking, It is good for students looking with low budgets, also lots of supermarkets are close by (Aldy, Sainsburys etc)

The property had a leakage issue, occasionally water came from the top, Daily Hygiene services can be upgraded. Never got to meet the Host.
