Room got flooded with water

When I checked out the guy at the counter was a little rude, and seemed annoyed that he had to help me.

Nothing

The toilet didn’t work. The shower didn’t come on. There was not no ice box or a microwave. Somebody tried to come in our room early in the morning from their staff without even knocking I told the person that was in the office he talking about and they knocked first or whatever it wasn’t even 11 o’clock, which is checkout time so I don’t know why they were trying to come in the room

I don't like how the staff tried to come in the room with me and my sister and my daughter early this morning I don't like how I didn't have a icebox or microwave the shower r then I work the toilet barely flush

The main blankets were comfortable but that was about it

Everything for the most part they are nothing they'd say they are on there thing on here
